Recipe for Fudge and Buckey Balls

Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Melt 1 pound of white or dark almond bark in microwave, follow directions on the package

 

Stir in 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla

Pour into GREASED pan

Refridgerate 1 hour

 

Buckeye Balls- YUMMY

1-     12oz package Peanut Butter chips

1 stick butter

2 cups rice krispies

1 ½ cups confectioners sugar

 

Combine Peanut butter chips and butter in a saucepan on low, melt

Remove and add the rice krispies and sugar

Make 1-2 inch balls

Chill the balls for 1 hour

 

1-     12oz package or milk chocolate chips

½ cup shortening

Melt chips and shortening on low heat

Dip the refridgerated balls in the chocolate

Cool on wax paper in fridge for 30 minutes
